1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the jilbay platform — including its games, promotions, payment services, and customer support — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jilbay platform and close your account. Your continued use of jilbay following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of jilbay, including registered players, guests browsing the platform, and any third parties who interact with jilbay's services in any capacity.

2. Eligibility

To register and use jilbay, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This requirement is mandatory under PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jilbay, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling or subject to any court order or regulatory restriction that prohibits you from gambling.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

jilbay reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access jilbay's full range of games and services, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on jilbay. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. jilbay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Identity Verification (KYC): jilbay may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Transfer: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any other person.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jilbay supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

• Deposits: All deposits are processed instantly. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but typically start at ₱100. There are no fees charged by jilbay for deposits, though your payment provider may charge transaction fees.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within 24 hours for bank transfers. Minimum withdrawal is ₱200. You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Verification Requirements: First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 may require identity verification before processing. jilbay reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
• Bonus Wagering: Funds derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been met. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML): jilbay complies with Philippine AML regulations. Suspicious transactions may be reported to relevant authorities. Accounts involved in money laundering or fraudulent activity will be suspended and funds frozen.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jilbay offers various bonuses and promotions to players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry wagering requirements (typically 20x to 40x the bonus amount) that must be met before any winnings can be withdrawn. Specific requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10% or less. Check individual promotion terms for details.
• Maximum Bet Limits: While playing with bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply (typically ₱100 per spin or hand). Exceeding these limits may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Expiration: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire after a specified period (typically 7 to 30 days). Unused bonuses will be forfeited after expiration.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, only one active bonus is permitted per player at any time. Bonuses cannot be combined.
• Abuse Prevention: jilbay reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if bonus abuse is detected, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonuses, or collusion with other players.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games on jilbay use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game-specific rules are available within each game's information section. General rules include:

• RNG Certification: All RNG-based games are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories to ensure fairness and randomness.
• Return to Player (RTP): Each game displays its theoretical RTP percentage. Actual results may vary in the short term due to variance.
• Bet Acceptance: All bets are final once accepted by the system. jilbay is not responsible for bets placed in error, though we may void bets in cases of obvious technical error.
• Disconnections: If you are disconnected during a game round, the round will continue to completion. Results will be recorded in your game history and any winnings will be credited to your account.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. jilbay will refund affected stakes to player accounts.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jilbay and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain.
• Using stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, or engaging in chargeback fraud.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Engaging in money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilbay staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack jilbay's software or systems.

8. Responsible Gaming

jilbay is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide the following tools and resources:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations to control your playing time.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from jilbay for periods ranging from 1 month to permanent closure.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications showing your playing time and wagering activity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jilbay platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, and game designs, is the property of jilbay or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from jilbay without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jilbay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

jilbay's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made in the 90 days preceding the claim.

jilbay is not responsible for losses caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, payment processor failures, or force majeure events.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of jilbay is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using jilbay, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

jilbay complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

jilbay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to provide required identity verification documents.
• Prolonged account inactivity (typically 12 months or more).
• At your request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from breaches of these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification procedures.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. jilbay operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of jilbay shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Manila, Philippines, in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against jilbay.

14. Amendments to Terms

jilbay reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the jilbay website.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of jilbay following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must immediately cease using jilbay and close your account.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the jilbay platform.
